Full-Time | Senior Living Community

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team in a dynamic continuing care retirement community (CCRC). Our therapy department is committed to supporting the health, independence, and quality of life for residents across all levels of care.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful interventions in a variety of settings, including:

  • Outpatient Therapy: Assisting residents in maintaining independence and wellness through personalized treatment plans that promote strength, coordination, and functional ability.

  • Memory Care: Delivering compassionate, evidence-based interventions that focus on engagement, safety, and quality of life for residents with memory care needs.

  • Assisted Living: Supporting residents in daily living activities with targeted therapies that enhance mobility, balance, and functional independence.

  • Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care: Providing intensive rehabilitation following illness, surgery, or injury, as well as ongoing therapy to promote dignity, prevent decline, and maximize comfort.

  • Assisted Living: 96 apartments

  • Independent Living: 190 residences

  • Average Skilled Census: 15–20 residents


What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, creative, and passionate about empowering older adults to live with independence and dignity. Success in this role requires adaptability, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)

  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on resident-centered care

  • Experience in senior care settings preferred but not required

  • A collaborative mindset and dedication to improving quality of life
