Position: Physical Therapist Assistant
Assignment Duration: 89 days
Start Date: September 15, 2025
End Date: December 13, 2025
Facility Overview: Quality Rehab Management
Care Setting: Long-term care
Position Type: Full-time, 35 guaranteed hours per week
Shift Details: 8-hour day shifts
Patient Care Areas: Inpatient rehabilitation

Key Requirements

Licensure: Valid state-issued driver's license or ID
Required Qualifications: Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
Certifications: BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
Experience: New graduates welcome
Skills: Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology
Credentialing Timeline: Completed within 30 days of start
