Occupational Therapist Role $3,000 per week
We’re seeking a compassionate and adaptable Occupational Therapist to join a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program in Sacramento, California. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of older adults through interdisciplinary, person-centered care.
What You’ll Do:
Provide evaluations, treatment, and care planning for older adults in the PACE center, homes, and other community settings
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote functional independence and prevent hospitalizations
Participate in team meetings, develop care plans, and support long-term quality of life goals for participants
What We’re Looking For:
Current CA Occupational Therapist license
At least 1 year of experience with geriatric or community-based populations preferred
Flexibility, empathy, and strong communication skills
Experience with home safety assessments and adaptive equipment a plus
