Job Summary

Position: Physical Therapist
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Assignment Duration: 13 to 26 weeks
Start Date: 01/19/2026
End Date: 04/17/2026
Care Setting: Outpatient
Shift: 08:00 AM - 06:30 PM, open to 4x10s, 2 evenings/week
Patient Load: 55-63 patients per week

Key Requirements

Licensure: Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist
Experience: Minimum 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year in other settings
Certifications: PT Certification required
Vaccination: Required
