Physical Therapist Role $2,200 per week
Skilled Nursing Facility Occupational Therapist (OT)
About the Role:
Medadventures is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to provide care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized therapy interventions.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring functional independence.
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in coordination with the interdisciplinary care team.
Document evaluations, daily notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home safety, and equipment use.

Qualifications:

Active state Occupational Therapy license.
Prior SNF or geriatric experience preferred.
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
