Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Role $1,424 to $1,524 per week
About the Role:
Medadventures is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide hands-on support for occupational therapy plans in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role is perfect for a team player who values improving patients’ independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans designed by an Occupational Therapist (OT).
Provide rehabilitation services to help patients regain mobility and functional independence.
Accurately document treatment progress and patient responses.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Valid COTA certification and state licensure.
Experience in a SNF setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
