Description

Occupational Therapist Role $2,100 to $2,200 per week
We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the rehab team at a skilled nursing facility. This is a supportive environment with a strong focus on clinical quality, teamwork, and resident-centered care. The right clinician values functional progress, communication, and being part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat residents with diverse diagnoses including ortho, neuro, and post-acute rehab needs
Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans to support independence and daily function
Document services accurately and on time in accordance with facility and state requirements
Partner with PT, SLP, nursing, and social services to support resident progress and discharge planning
Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and carryover strategies

Requirements:

Active state license as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain)
SNF experience preferred, but not required—strong clinical reasoning and willingness to learn are key
Clear and respectful communication skills
Reliable and consistent follow-through with care and documentation
