Job Summary

Position: Physical Therapist
Assignment Duration: 92 days
Start Date: 04/06/2026
End Date: 07/06/2026
Care Setting: Outpatient/Clinic
Shift Details: Open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days, 2 evenings/week until 7:30 PM
Number of Patients per Week: 55-63

Key Requirements

Licensure: Must be licensed Physical Therapist
Required Qualifications: At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
Certifications: Board Certified
Vaccination Required: Yes
Experience and Skills: Patient-centered care model
