Key Requirements

Licensure: Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain)
Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Certifications: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Experience: Strong teamwork and patient care skills
Vaccination: Required
