Job Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a skilled nursing facility (SNF). This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through exceptional care and innovative therapy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients improve daily living skills and mobility.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy plans and techniques.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in PA or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus but not required.
A commitment to providing patient-centered care and achieving measurable outcomes.
