Travel Physical Therapist job in Des Plaines and Palatine, IL is available for an 12/14 start, working Monday through Friday day shifts for 40 hours per week. You will split time between two outpatient clinics, treating patients with typical orthopedic conditions, and rotate between opening, mid, and closing shifts. Required qualifications include at least 1 year of outpatient experience, AHA BLS certification, and an Illinois PT license.
