Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Jackson, Georgia. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services in an HCF setting, following established treatment plans and protocols. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with additional weekend coverage every four weeks.

Job Details:

• Certifications and education requirements: All certifications (PT licensure, BLS certification) are required upon hire.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience preferred; minimum experience required is 0 years.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional notes: One weekend day every four weeks is required.
• Clinical responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver quality outpatient physical therapy services.
