• Position Description: Physical Therapist responsible for outpatient therapy services. Credentialing requires the candidate to have an active license; a permanent license is required, and compact licenses will not be accepted.

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active license as a Physical Therapist; no minimum experience required
• Additional Information: Candidates must complete some documentation with the organization outside of the initial clearance process before starting. Credentialing involves a contract basis, and setting experience is required. Equipment will be provided during the interview.

• Note: If a candidate has previously worked as a perm/PRN at this organization within the last year, they are ineligible to return until they have been separated for one year. Previous travel or perm/PRN work over a year prior should be relayed for rehire eligibility considerations.
