Job Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
• Location: Wilbraham, MA
• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license; minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy, including outpatient settings; Massachusetts state licensure required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy, ability to complete documentation outside of clearances, flexibility to start with a compact license and obtain a permanent license promptly
• Additional Information: Candidate must be prepared to complete documentation directly with the organization outside of standard clearance processes.
