Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (Outpatient) located in Champaign, Illinois. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services within a healthcare facility. Candidates are required to bring their active license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license, experience setting equipment, and a minimum of zero years of experience.
• Additional Information: Credentialing requirements include a contract. Equipment will be provided during the interview. The assignment starts on 06/29/2026. Candidate must have a bill GWW of 40, and pay GWW is yes. The OT (Overtime) billing rate is 1.5 times the standard rate. The billing cycle is weekly, with a 30-minute notice required. Parking will be provided during the first day. Dress code details will be provided on the first day.
