Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care is sought for an assignment in Ludlow, Massachusetts. This position involves providing physical therapy services in an outpatient setting. Candidates are required to bring their active license on the first day of the assignment. The role focuses on ensuring quality care and compliance with organizational standards.

Job Details:

• Location: Ludlow, Massachusetts

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active physical therapy license in good standing, experience in outpatient setting, no minimum years of experience required, candidates must have a Massachusetts license, and be available to start on 10/05/2026.
• Additional Information: Candidates must complete documentation directly with the organization outside of the staffing agency's clearance process before being cleared to start. Candidates already licensed with a valid compact license may start immediately but must obtain a permanent license upon employment. Candidates with prior perm/PRN work at the organization within the last year are ineligible to reapply until separated for one year. Those with previous travel or perm/PRN work more than a year ago should have their eligibility verified by the designated contact.
