Job Details:

• Location: San Ramon, California
• Schedule: Days shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license, BLS certification, valid drivers license, auto insurance, auto registration, annual TB screening, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tetanus-Diphtheria-Acellular Pertussis (TDaP) (10 years), annual influenza vaccination, drug screen, and physical assessment.
• Additional Information: Additional travel outside the assigned areas may be required. Weekend coverage may be necessary.
• Position Description: The role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, potentially across multiple locations within designated territories. Candidate must be willing to travel and work weekends if needed, and adhere to all clinical protocols and documentation requirements.
