Job Summary:
The outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position is located in San Ramon, California. This role involves providing outpatient therapy services to patients, following standard protocols and ensuring quality care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

• Required Qualifications: Current California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License; BLS certification; valid Drivers License; auto insurance; auto registration; annual TB screening; MMR; Varicella; Hepatitis B; Tetanus Diphtheria Toxoid (TDap) (within 10 years); annual influenza vaccination; drug screen; physical exam.
• Additional Information: Payment is made on a per visit basis. Routine visit: 1 point equals approximately 1.33 hours. All rates are all inclusive, covering drive/travel time, visit time, documentation, and communication with patients and doctors.
• Submission Requirements: All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission. The agency's contract must mirror the confirmation page, including start and end dates.
