Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Home Health (HH) services is sought for a position in San Ramon, California. This role involves providing outpatient therapy services to patients in the home health setting. Candidates are required to bring their current California Physical Therapist license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

Location: San Ramon, California
Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
Certifications: Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license, BLS certification, valid drivers license, auto insurance, auto registration, TB test (annual), MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tetanus, Diptheria, and Pertussis (TDap, 10 years), annual influenza vaccination, drug screening, physical exam.
Required Qualifications: Current California PT license, BLS certification, drivers license, auto insurance, auto registration, TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual), minimum 0 years of experience.
Additional Information: Additional travel outside area and weekend coverage may be required. All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission.
