Description
Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Yakima, Washington. This position involves providing therapy services in a SNF setting, with candidates required to bring their license on the first day. The assignment is scheduled to start on 06/15/2026.
Job Details:
- Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
- Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid state license in Washington, Certification in NBCOT (National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy), CPR/BLS certification, 0 years of experience required, and available to start on 06/15/2026
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, and prior SNF or Skilled Nursing Facility experience is preferred
- Additional Information: The assignment is for 13 weeks. Candidates should be available for interviews Monday-Friday, with notice. The facility notes that the start date is ASAP and the schedule includes a 36-hour minimum with a 14-day cancelation policy.
- Submission Notes: The candidate, Jithu Karickal, has been pre-closed on the posted package. Proper documentation including the OIG report in the submission packet is recommended.
