Job Summary
Pediatric Sonographer in Phoenix, Arizona. This position involves administering pediatric and fetal echocardiograms at a specialized healthcare facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Location: Phoenix, Arizona
- Schedule: Days shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour break for lunch, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification as ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer - Pediatric (RDCS PE) and ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer - Fetal (RDCS FE) or equivalent, graduation from a CAAHEP or ACCSC accredited cardiac sonography program or ten years of experience in cardiac ultrasound, at least six years of full-time pediatric cardiac sonography experience, three years of full-time experience at the organization with demonstrated leadership skills and contributions to department projects, six months of experience in the organizations fetal cardiac program, current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association, and membership in professional societies such as ASE, SDMS, or AIUM.
- Additional Information: Experience with fetal echo and pediatric echo required; endorsement from fetal medical director and echo lab medical director preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
