A Physical Therapist outpatient (PT OP) position is available in Seattle, Washington. This role involves providing therapeutic services to patients in an outpatient setting. • Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Certifications/Education Requirements/Experience: Active license required. Experience in setting with credentialing required; experience in outpatient setting preferred.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Credentialing is required; equipment will be provided during interview; parking will be provided during first day info; dress code will be provided during first day info; 32 GWW for holiday weeks; notice period of 30 days.
