Job Summary:
The location is Camden, South Carolina. This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Home Health (HH) services. The role involves providing patient evaluations and delivering therapeutic services in patients' homes according to physicians' orders. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The assignment is scheduled to begin on June 22, 2026, with a duration of 13 weeks.

Job Details:

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to South Carolina; successful completion of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association, or the American Medical Associations Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation; 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred; current CPR certification; experience with HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, and Outlook; familiarity with general computer functions such as username and password management, internet, email, and desktop navigation.
• Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of physical therapy experience; home health experience.
• Additional Information: The candidate will be visiting patients exclusively in their homes. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, developing and updating treatment plans, and coordinating with physicians and family members. The role requires reliable transportation and periodic assessments and reevaluations at least once a calendar month or every tenth treatment day. The position involves traveling approximately 30-40 miles per day.
• Submission Requirements: Current CPR certification, unencumbered physical therapy license for South Carolina.
