Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (Registered) in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. This position involves providing comprehensive respiratory care to pediatric patients within the healthcare facility. The Respiratory Therapist will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, operate ventilatory and airway management equipment, and perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The schedule is nights, with 12-hour shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week.

• Required Qualifications: Valid respiratory therapist license; applicable certifications (such as BLS and ACLS); minimum of 0 years of experience; Pennsylvania state licensing requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in pediatric respiratory therapy, familiarity with pulmonary function studies, and advanced airway management skills.
• Additional Information: The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for operating various ventilatory equipment, performing chest physiotherapy, suctioning, monitoring oxygenation and ventilation, conducting pulmonary function tests, assisting with procedures such as bronchoscopy and chest tube placement, performing tracheostomy care, and maintaining accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses. The role requires adherence to hospital policies and procedures, including laboratory testing protocols and emergency resuscitation guidelines.
