Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Outpatient services in Scappoose, Oregon. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy care at the designated facility. Candidates are required to bring their active license on the first day of shift.

Job Details:

• Specialty: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP)
• Location: Scappoose, Oregon
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active license; experience in outpatient setting; candidates must be able to complete documentation with ATI prior to clearance; no compact license accepted; must have permanent license
• Additional Information: Equipment will be provided during the interview; parking will be provided on the first day; dress code information will be provided on the first day; start date is 05/25; credentialing required as per contract; weekly billing cycle; 30 days' notice required; holiday weeks may apply
• Submission Requirements: Candidates with recent perm/PRN ATI experience within the last year are ineligible. Candidates with past ATI traveler or perm/PRN history over a year old should have their eligibility confirmed with the designated contact.
