Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient based in Scappoose, Oregon. This outpatient position involves providing therapy services to patients in a clinical setting. The role requires active licensure and a commitment to patient care, with specific documentation required prior to start.

Job Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient (PT OP)
• Location: Scappoose, OR
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• End Date: 04/11/2027
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license, 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy, Oregon state license, and graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient therapy settings, familiarity with outpatient clinical protocols
• Additional Information: The therapist will be responsible for patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting services in accordance with facility and professional standards. All documentation must be completed directly with ATI outside of the providers clearance packet before being cleared to start their assignment. The organization provides equipment during the interview, and parking will be provided on the first day. Dress code details will be shared at orientation.
