Job Summary:
The outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position is located in Salinas, California. The role involves providing outpatient therapy services with a focus on evaluations and treatment sessions, working Monday through Thursday. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a clinical setting, ensuring quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Location: Salinas, California
• Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch, totaling 10 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapy license, Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience, certification in WebPT electronic medical record system, California state license
• Additional Information:
  • Evaluations are 45 minutes and treatment sessions are 30 minutes
  • Patient load averages around 20-22 patients per day, with a weekly goal of 80 patients
  • The team maintains a consistent patient volume and shared responsibilities
  • Physical therapists have an aide to assist with patients
  • No home health responsibilities required
• Float: Float rotation may be required
