Description

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) position is located in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services within a healthcare facility. Candidates are required to bring their active license on the first day.

Job Details:

Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid active license; experience in setting; no minimum years of experience required; Texas location required
Preferred Qualifications: None specified
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information:
- Candidates must complete certain documentation directly with ATI outside of AMN's clearance process before being cleared to start.
- For ATI candidates, the start date is 5/18.
- Candidates with recent perm/PRN work at ATI within the last year are ineligible to reapply until separated for one year.
- For previous ATI work history more than one year ago, send the candidates name and date of birth for review.
- Parking will be provided during the first day.
- Dress code details will be provided during the first day.
