Job Summary:
A Nuclear Medicine Technologist position is available in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role involves performing general nuclear medicine studies, including SPECT and nuclear cardiology procedures. Candidates must bring their license on the first day and have at least one year of relevant experience. The position requires proficiency with Siemens PET CT and GE gamma cameras. The work schedule is based on an 8-hour day shift, with approximately one on-call weekend per month.

- Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
- Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Start Date: 07/20/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid OK or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license (required at time of submission); valid Allied license (if applicable); at least 1 year of experience; certifications including NMTCB or ARRT (N) and BLS (required in hand at time of submission).
- Additional Certifications (Preferred): ACLS, ARRT NB, CNMT, NMTCB.
- Skills and Procedures: Experience with 3-phase, abdominal, adenosine infusion, adult, bone, brain, cancer survey, captopril, cerebral blood flow, DEXA scan, venous blood drawing, DTPA aerosol, exercise/rest (multiple and single), flow/function, gastric emptying, HIDA scan, I-123 uptake scan, isolation precautions/PPE, limited procedures, liver, liver flow, liver imaging, liver scan (hemangioma), Muga scan, nuclear cardiology, perfusion, persantine infusion, pharmacological stress, renal, renal/perfusion, Sestamibi parathyroid scan, IV maintenance, radioactive materials handling, uptake scans, ventilation/perfusion, ventricular, and whole body scans.
- Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, geriatrics.
- Facility & Patient Care: Staffing and scheduling are flexible; patient census averages 8-10 patients daily; two exam rooms; interdisciplinary support available.
- Additional Information: Travelers are expected to float to similar units within their scope as needed; module hours are conducted onsite during orientation; approximately 4-6 hours for registered nurses and 2-3 hours for allied health professionals; modules are non-billable and recorded via transcripts.
