Job Details:

• Location: College Park, Georgia
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, beginning June 22, 2026
• Required Qualifications: Currently licensed as a PTA by the state of practice, with 2-3 years of experience under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Additional requirements include current CPR certification, familiarity with general use and functions of the computer such as internet, email, and navigation of computer desktops, effective self-management of online human resources services and training programs.
• Additional Information:
  • Contract duration: 13 weeks
  • Candidate will visit patients in care facilities or only in patients' homes.
  • Must have reliable transportation, current drivers license, and agency-required liability insurance.
  • Weekly productivity expectation: 32 units.
  • Travel distance: 30 to 40 miles per day, totaling approximately 250 miles weekly.
  • EMR systems used include HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, and Outlook.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
