A Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings is needed in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This position involves working with residents in a comprehensive community environment, providing therapy services to improve patient outcomes. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Carlisle, Pennsylvania
- Specialty: Physical Therapy (PT) SNF
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications: Physical Therapist (PT) license; Education Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent; Location Requirements: Pennsylvania state licensure; Years of Experience: at least 2.0 years of SNF experience; Knowledge of Nethealth EMR
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in IL (Independent Living), AL (Assisted Living), Personal Care, Memory Support, or Skilled Nursing Facility settings is preferred.
- Additional Information: This role involves working with a model community environment; strong knowledge of Nethealth electronic medical records is essential.
