Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) care, located in Stockton, CA. This position involves implementing patient rehabilitation programs aimed at improving mobility, function, and strength within an outpatient or rehabilitation setting. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with a dedicated healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
Job Details:
- Shift Hours: Days, 8 hours per day
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Start Date: 08/24/2026
- Required Qualifications: Hold an active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California; Bachelors or higher degree in Physical Therapy; 1 year of experience in a related setting; Valid state license or plan to test imminently to obtain the license
- Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, supervising PT Assistants and Aides, coordinating with physicians, maintaining patient documentation, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA policies and billing procedures
- The physical demands include walking, sitting, standing, bending, lifting objects over 50 pounds, and assisting with patient transfers and mobility support
- No travel is expected for this position
