Job Details:

• Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) West Bridgewater, MA.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist; educational requirements as per licensing board; at least 2 years of relevant experience; and ability to work with PointClickCare electronic medical record system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves delivering speech therapy services according to facility protocols and standards, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
