The position emphasizes direct patient treatment with minimal clinical involvement, requiring active collaboration with the department manager to facilitate patient care.

Job Details:

• Location: Springfield, Ohio
• Schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays
• Required Qualifications: Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; 1 year of relevant experience; ability to work in various home health environments; no formal education degree required
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in home health care settings and familiarity with electronic charting systems
• Additional Information: Candidates will undergo a two-week orientation with a preceptor to ensure smooth integration into the clinical team. Candidates should be comfortable working with homebound patients and managing a caseload of approximately 6.5 patients per day. A phone and tablet will be provided for documentation and communication purposes. The organization permits up to four shift cancellations within a 13-week assignment period.
