Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist (PT), specializing in inpatient care, is needed in Wethersfield, Connecticut. This position involves working in a home health care environment and requires candidates to hold a valid Connecticut license. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work. The role provides an opportunity to deliver in-home therapeutic services within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license and Connecticut state license required before starting; at least one year of home care experience; schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week; no call.
• Certifications required: PT license, Connecticut license, Driver's license, Motor Vehicle Report, Auto Insurance policy, and Fingerprinting.
• Additional Information: FP form and consent form must be emailed within two business days of accepting the offer. All candidates must be submitted through ShiftWise by submitting to the order and uploading the file under "Submission Packet."
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
