Description

Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) located in Ellendale, North Dakota. This position involves providing occupational therapy services within a skilled nursing facility setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid state license as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA); 0 years of experience; must be able to work in North Dakota; start date on 06/22/2026.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: Start date as soon as possible; assignment duration is 13 weeks; 14-day cancellation policy; minimum of 36 hours per week guaranteed.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
