Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NUC) for an assignment in Los Alamitos, California. The role involves providing nuclear medicine imaging and procedures, with a focus on adult and geriatric patient populations. The position offers a daytime schedule with responsible coverage for daily operational needs.

Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid California State License in-hand, all relevant certifications including ARRT, NMTCB, and BLS must be active and in-hand when applying. All ER nurses must possess a CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute, and all float pool nurses are required to obtain this certification. EPIC experience must be documented in the work history.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult and geriatric patients, proficiency with GE PET Scan equipment, and experience with starting and maintaining IVs and handling radioactive materials.
• Additional Information: Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, with at least 0 years of prior relevant experience. RTO requests must be included during submission and cannot be modified afterward. Two supervisor references are required. No Nursys or background hits are accepted, and interview processes are at the discretion of the manager.
