Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant in Lake Worth, Florida. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in implementing therapeutic interventions, instructing patients in the use of prescribed equipment, and maintaining professional relationships within a clinical outpatient setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Lake Worth, Florida

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CAPTE Certified; active CPR Certification; current licensure in the state of Florida (license pending in Florida, licensed in North Carolina); at least 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.

• Schedule: Days; 8 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Embraces safety protocols including Safe Patient Handling, Infectious Diseases control, Slips/Trips and Falls prevention, Functional Skills Training, and Community Re-entry Training. Assists with patient treatment plans involving modalities such as whirlpools, ultrasound, and gait training. Maintains a high standard of patient care, documentation, and professional collaboration.
