Description

Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist position available in Boston, Massachusetts. This role requires candidates to demonstrate proficiency in GE and Siemens imaging systems, scrub and circulator experience, and extensive knowledge of thrombectomy devices related to Pulmonary Embolism (PE) and Stroke procedures. The selected candidate must hold a Vocational or Technical training in Radiologic Technology, a valid Radiology Massachusetts License, and Registration as a Radiologic Technologist (RT ART). Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

  • Location: Boston, Massachusetts
  • Schedule: 10-Hour Days (only) with every other weekend required
  • Minimum Hours Per Week: 40.0 hours
  • Required Qualifications: Vocational or Technical training in Radiologic Technology; Radiology Massachusetts License; Registration as RT ART; skills in GE/Siemens systems, scrub and circulator experience, thrombectomy device knowledge (PE/Stroke), and angioplasty procedures.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TIPS and angioplasty procedures.
  • Additional Information: Weekend and on-call coverage are required. Orientation is held weekly every Monday barring holidays.
  • Submission Requirements: Candidates must provide their availability for interviews at the time of submission. All requests for time off (RTO) must be presented upfront. Travelers who have worked for the organization as travel, permanent, or per diem staff within the last six months will not be considered unless separated from the facility for at least six months. Parking costs up to $43/day may apply; further details available upon request.
  • Note: This position is for diagnostic imaging experience only; candidates with only diagnostic imaging experience without IR specialization are not eligible.
