Job Summary:
The location is in Bismarck, North Dakota. This role is for an Interventional Radiology Technologist specializing in interventional radiology procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position involves assisting radiologists during procedures, managing scheduling and billing, and post-procedure film processing. The work schedule consists of 8-hour days with potential for finishing cases late and rotating call duties approximately 10 days or less per month, about 2 days per week or less depending on time off schedules.
Job Details:
- Position: Interventional Radiology Technologist in the Interventional Radiology unit
- Schedule: 8 Hour Days, with possibility of having to finish a case if it is started late
- Required Qualifications: Certifications: BLS, ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist), North Dakota Medical Imaging Board registration (NDMIRT); Education/Experience: 3+ years of interventional radiology technologist experience, at least 2 years minimum experience; Location: North Dakota; Years of Experience: 2 years minimum
- Preferred Qualifications: EPIC experience (preferred)
- Additional Information:
- Reacts with EPIC electronic medical record system and Sectra PACS
- Equipment includes Toshiba IR Machine, Siemens Ultrasound Unit, and CT scan capabilities
- Must be able to work independently on smaller cases and in pairs for larger angiography procedures
- Call rotation required, approximately 10 days or less per month, roughly about 2 days weekly or less depending on time-off schedules
- Dress code: hospital-provided scrubs
- EMR training-specific to hospital equipment and protocols will be provided
- Trauma Level: 2, in an acute care setting
- No BSN required
