Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) located in Stockton, CA. This role focuses on implementing patient rehabilitation programs aimed at improving mobility, function, and strength in an outpatient/rehabilitation setting. The candidate will evaluate and treat patients, supervise assistants and aides, and coordinate with physicians and other stakeholders to deliver quality care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must hold an active license or plan to test for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California. Education includes a Degree in Physical Therapy. No minimum experience required; 1 year of experience is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Continuing education courses related to rehabilitation.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves maintaining patient privacy in accordance with federal and state regulations, adhering to OSHA and company policies, and performing physical tasks including lifting over 50 pounds and patient transfers. The position is based at 1716 West Hammer Lane, Stockton, CA, with no travel expected.
