Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active/applicable license for the state; CPR certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the agency or Select Medical is highly desired
• Additional Information: The employee will evaluate patients, create treatment plans based on clinical reasoning, document medical records accurately and timely, and participate in educational activities for students. The role requires adherence to state practice acts and professional standards, with a focus on safety, quality improvement, and professional development.
