Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health located in Dickinson, North Dakota. This role involves providing patient care services within a home health setting. Candidates are required to bring their North Dakota Physical Therapy License and BLS certification on the first day of work. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with holidays and weekends off.

- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in home health and OASIS training is preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The role involves regular visits, with 5-6 visits per day if no travel or add-on assessments are involved; 3 visits if performing admissions. The candidate may do start of care, recertifications, and resumption of care. A short orientation of 1-2 weeks with a preceptor will be provided.

- Start Date: 07/13/2026
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Notes: No weekend work or holiday rotation required, and staff will not manage home vents or assign tasks beyond standard patient visits.
