Job Summary:
The Outpatient Physical Therapist position is located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for Massachusetts; previous assignment with the organization or agency is preferred but not required
• Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting care accurately and timely. Participates in student programs and professional development activities. Adheres to organizational safety protocols and maintains licensure in good standing.
