Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Concord, Massachusetts. Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for Massachusetts; successfully completed an assignment with the agency or with Select Medical previously; minimum experience of 0 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patient education and interdisciplinary teamwork; knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Additional Information: The role requires comprehensive patient evaluations, development of treatment goals, accurate medical record documentation, and participation in student supervision and professional development. Adherence to state practice acts and maintaining licensure are essential. The position involves implementing performance improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and patient safety.
