The outpatient physical therapist position is based in Concord, Massachusetts. - Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active/applicable license for the state of Massachusetts; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient settings; demonstrated ability to evaluate and treat diverse patient populations
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The physical therapist will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans with clinical reasoning, document accurately and timely in compliance with regulations, and participate in student supervision when appropriate. The role emphasizes professional growth, adherence to state practice regulations, and engagement in performance improvement initiatives.
