Job Summary:
Physiotherapist, Outpatient, Georgetown, Kentucky. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing patient education within an outpatient setting. Candidates are required to bring their current license to work in Kentucky on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Georgetown, KY
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active applicable license for the state of Kentucky; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; candidate must maintain an active health care professional license.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the organization or agency is highly desired.
• Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately and timely, participating in student programs, and adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards. The therapist will also engage in professional development and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring quality care and safety in all aspects of practice.
