  • Credentialing requirements include contract QA standards and experience in setting up equipment, which will be provided during the interview.
  • Start date: June 1, 2026
  • The provider will be required to complete some documentation directly with the healthcare organization outside of the standard clearance process before being cleared to start.
  • For ATI candidates: if they have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year, they are not eligible to reapply until one year has elapsed since their last working period. If candidates have prior ATI work history as a traveler or perm/PRN more than a year ago, their eligibility should be confirmed by submitting their name and DOB to designated personnel.
  • Parking will be provided on the first day.
  • Dress code will be provided on the first day.
