Job Summary:
A Licensed Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care is sought in Glasgow, Kentucky. Job Details:

• Location: Glasgow, Kentucky
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active/applicable license for the State of Kentucky; CPR certification; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with your agency or previous assignment with the organization is highly desired; experience in a clinical outpatient setting is preferred
• Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans based on clinical reasoning, and engaging in professional development activities. The candidate will participate in student programs, adhere to organizational performance improvement initiatives, and maintain professional licensure in good standing. Compliance with State Practice Act and regulatory standards is essential.
