Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the state of Texas; successfully completed an assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired); successfully completed an assignment with the organization (nice to have); no minimum experience specified

• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans aimed at progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay. Follows performance improvement initiatives and actively contributes to quality enhancement efforts.
