Job Summary
The organization is seeking a qualified Outpatient Physical Therapist in Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Job Details

• Location: Chalfont, Pennsylvania
• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week; Start Date: 06/22/2026
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 2 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable state license; ability to perform in an ethical manner according to professional codes of conduct
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations utilizing clinical reasoning; develops treatment goals focused on patient discharge; ensures accurate and timely medical record documentation including goal setting, assessments, and billing; participates in student training and provides supervision; pursues ongoing professional development and maintains licensure; adheres to health and safety standards and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
