Description
Job Summary:
Pharmacist Inpatient position located in York, Pennsylvania. This role involves working in an acute care environment with inpatient oncology experience. The position requires providing pharmaceutical care to diverse patient populations and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal medication therapy outcomes.
Job Details:
- Shift Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Start Date: 09/07/2026
- Required Qualifications: Pennsylvania state pharmacy license, two or more years of inpatient pharmacy experience, EPIC Beacon experience, and certification in chemotherapy, hazardous drug handling, IV Certification, and BLS or AHA.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with oncology dosing, sterile technique, Geriatric dosing, and working in a hospital or community pharmacy setting.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, every 3rd or 4th Saturday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
- Additional Information: Candidate may provide care for COVID-19 patients. Floating to nearby facilities may be required, with a local radius of 50 miles. Must complete and pass EKG testing within 72 hours of signing the travel contract if applicable.
- Submittal Requirements: Ensure PA pharmacy license is in hand; submit travelers with appropriate oncology, chemotherapy, and hazardous drug certifications.
